What is coaching?
Coaching is partnering with client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfilment. (ICF)

Is coaching for me?
If you are open to change, want to grow as a person, working on your habits and behaviours, and breaking patterns that don’t serve your life, coaching is definitely for you.
How long does a coaching session take?
The session lasts an hour if the client shows up on time. It can be shortened upon the client’s request, if e.g. the client comes to the satisfying outcome before that time.
What does a coaching session look like?
A coaching session is a friendly and confidential conversation with me as your coach. I am your support: I listen to you carefully, helping you determine what challenges or issues you want to focus on. I ask specific questions that help you look at things from a different perspective and lead to finding answers or solutions. At the end of each session, you summarize what you have discovered or understood and plan specific steps for the next few days that will bring you closer to achieving your goal.
My task is to ensure that you focus on the goals you have set up in your coaching program. You commit to being accountable for your actions and growth, i.e. to making every effort to implement the steps you assumed during the session. I am here to motivate you, you are for action!
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on solving past problems and restoring mental health. Works from -10 to 0 (e.g. depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, etc. Goal: return to normal functioning).
Coaching is focusing on Here and Now, and what you want to achieve in the future. It works from 0 to 10 (analysing what serves your life, what doesn’t, looking at your values, needs, dreams and goals; building on your strengths and removing blocks that hold you back from achieving your fullest potential).
How often are sessions held?
Sessions are held every 10-14 days. In this way, you can implement changes to the fullest extent, observe your progress in private and professional life, and take specific steps towards achieving your goals.
How much does a coaching session cost?
A coaching session is not a closed whole in itself, it is part of the coaching process lasting from 3-12 months, depending on your needs. Therefore, the price includes the entire package and is agreed with each client individually. Depending on the program, prices range from 660 – 1500 EUR.
Coaching in no way replaces professional psychiatric or medical care.
